> Property Review

The Milton Viking property is located on the western extent of the Dodsland Viking formation producing fairway (Twp 30 Rge 27W3M) (Map 2). The property consists of approximately 320 hectares and includes 5 suspended, vertical oil wells and one suspended horizontal well. The wells were drilled and completed by Petro One Energy Corp. between 2011 and 2014. Goldstrike Resources Ltd. acquired Petro One in 2015 and decided to suspend operations due to commodity prices at the time. The existing wells and facilities can be reactivated and returned to production within a very short time frame. Prior to the Goldstrike merger a strong technical team managed by Petro One completed a significant body of technical work on the property including the definition of deeper, secondary targets based on geologic mapping and seismic interpretation. The company also completed the initial stages of an application for conversion of one of the Viking verticals to a water disposal well. In addition, the company completed surveys for six additional Viking horizontals on the property.

The Petro One Milton property consists of two geologic components: Cretaceous Viking production and development potential in the Deeper Jurassic and Mississippian. (Fig 1 Milton Saskatchewan stratigraphic chart and target formations).
